About Us

Bill Garrett’s roots run deep in the Richmond Community. A native Richmonder, he has worked in the home building industry since 1986. In 1989 he founded W.B. Garrett, Inc. and began a tradition of building quality homes. His homes can be found in neighborhoods throughout the Richmond area, such as Millstone, Berkeley, Cambridge, Kinloch, Estates at Grey Oaks, and Scot's Landing to name a few. Coming soon W.B. Garrett will have homes available in Cameron at Grey Oaks.

Bill’s vision for his company has been unwavering, through all the markets ups and downs: Maintain a commitment to building homes of the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship while providing the personal communication and service that the most discerning buyers demand.

He has been committed to upholding the highest standards in the industry and promoting those standards, and is an active member of the Home Building Association of Richmond. Bill has served on numerous committees and was President of the Association in 2005. His company has earned numerous awards in the Parade of Homes, including the first home to ever achieve a perfect score.
