About Us

Bill Garrett’s roots run deep in the Richmond Community. A native Richmonder, he has worked in the homebuilding industry since 1986. In 1989 he founded W.B. Garrett, Inc. and began a    20-year tradition of building quality homes in the Richmond area.

Bill has been committed to upholding the highest standards in the industry and promoting those standards, and is an active member of the Home Building Association of Richmond. He has served on numerous committees and was President of the Association in 2005. His company has earned numerous awards in the Parade of Homes with his “Waverly” entry, the first home to ever achieve a perfect score.

Bill Garrett’s vision for the company is simple. Maintain a commitment to building homes of the highest quality of materials and craftsmanship while providing the personal communication and service that the most discerning buyers demand.
